Since 1990, Attorney Stephen J. Dennis has been advocating for the rights of injured workers in Providence and throughout Rhode Island. In addition to pursuing workers’ compensation claims, he has:
- Worked for legislation that placed vocational rehab claims into the judicial process, strengthening injured workers’ ability to obtain rightful treatment
- Pushed for the right to reinstatement bill and free access to medical records
- Argued and won cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Appellate Division
