Apr 7, 2010 Providence, RI 02903 USA I was at the end of my rope when I contacted Steven Dennis. I worked for an out of state trucking company in R.I. State, and flown at the company's expense to their out-of-state headquarters. I have been an over-the-road tractor trailer driver for over 20 years. After my accident, according to the law of the state where the company was located, I had to stay in the state that the company's headquarters was located. I was in that state for 3 months without proper medical treatment. Then the company's doctor released me to go back to work. I knew I could not because of injuries that I suffered. I called many lawyers in R.I., and not many would even talk to me because of the interstate complications. Steven took it. It was a very hard case. Steven got me back pay and weekly checks going until we went to trial. The judge decided it was not R.I. jurisdiction. Steven was the only lawyer I found to have the guts to try.
